Catapult uses an annual subscription model. You can register, manage devices, and manage alerts without a subscription, but in order to receive email alerts, you must have an active subscription. Subscriptions can be purchased via credit card, or redeemed with a voucher.

If you do not have an active subscription, or your subscription is about to expire, an alert banner will be present at the top of the "My Devices" page instructing you to purchase a subscription.

Purchasing a Subscription

Use the following steps to purchase a 1 year subscription with a credit card.

  1. Open the "Profile" page
  2. Open the "Subscription" tab
  3. Enter your credit card information. Payments are securely handled by Braintree payments.
  4. Once the payment is processed, your 1 year subscription will be active immediately. If you already have an active subscription, the new subscription will start immediately following the expiration of your current subscription.

Viewing your Subscription

You can review the status of your current and past subscription at any time.

  1. Open the "Profile" page
  2. Open the "Subscription" tab
  3. The following details will be displayed
    1. Payment Date - day and time when payment was received
    2. Payment Method - credit_card or voucher
    3. Start Date - the day and time that the 1 year subscription began
    4. Expiration Date - the day and time the the 1 year subscription expired
    5. Transaction ID - A random string for Braintree record-keeping. Blank when payment method is via voucher.
    6. Status - Active or Expired
