My Profile

The My Profile page enables you to update your personal info and configure several settings that impact how Jetstream Navigator works for you. These settings will initially contain default values, or the values which a Jetstream Administrator has entered when creating your Jetstream user account.

First Name - Your First Name.

Last Name - Your Last Name.

Email Address - Your unique, valid email address. This email will be used for any important Jetstream-related communications, and as your login identifier.

Display Rows - The number of rows which will load per page on tables throughout Navigator. Values greater than the default 100 are allowed, but may increase page load times.

Time Zone - The time zone into which all dates and times in Navigator will be converted. Defaults to UTC.

Date Time Format - The format in which all dates and times in Navigator will be presented. Defaults to s, commonly known as military time. For an AM/PM date time format, we recommend entering g. You can specify any format available in the linked documentation, and see a preview of the current date time as the "result" under the field.

Changes to any field will only occur after selecting "Save Changes". To cancel any changes, simply refresh the browser.

Change Password

Change your password at any time. Passwords must be at least 12 characters. Passwords do not expire. To change your password:

  1. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field.
  2. Re-enter the same new password into the "Confirm Password" field.
  3. Save Changes.

In case of a forgotten password, you may also change your password by using the "forgot password" link on the sign-in page to reset your password.

Sign Out

Sign out of Navigator, ensuring other uses of your device cannot access your account without signing in again. Navigator does not "auto sign-out"; all sign outs must be explicit.
