Overwrite the access control list of the specified device with a new set of credentials. The credentials are not pushed to the device until a Sync Device Credentials﻿ call is initiated.

A combination of this endpoint and the Sync Device Credentials﻿ endpoint replaces the Replace All Passes endpoint.
