TS031 Reset Instructions
Please make sure the door on the unit has not been accessed or opened for 5 to 10 minutes when resetting. 1.) Check all cable connections
2.) If you could power off the freezer with the RFID power switch on the back of the enclosure.
3.) Press in the Reset button (Pin hole on the back of the freezer) for about 5 seconds. To verify the reset has been completed, the LCD Screen which normally reads "Welcome, Place Pass Below" should be dark after pressing the reset button. If the screen is still lit up, the reset did not work and the button will need to be pressed again.
4.) Then power on the freezer with the RFID power switch in the back.
5.) The LCD Screen which normally indicates “Welcome, Place Pass Below” will turn back on and go through a sequence of messages:
“Please Wait, System Booting” “Please Wait, System Scanning” “Welcome, Place Pass Below” 6.) Following the completion of the reset process, please allow 3-5 minutes for the device for the device to boot up before presenting a pass.
7.) Once the device has returned to “Welcome, Place Pass Below” on the screen, it should be back in working order.
