1.)           Check all cable connections

2.)           If you could power off the freezer with the RFID power switch on the back of the cabinet. (Please make sure the unit has not been accessed or opened for 5 to 10 minutes when resetting)

3.)           Press in the Reset button (Pin hole on the back of the freezer) for about 5 seconds. To verify the reset has been completed, the LCD Screen which normally reads "Welcome, Place Pass Below" should be dark after pressing the reset button. If the screen is still lit up, the reset did not work and the button will need to be pressed again.

4.)    Then power on the freezer with the RFID power switch in the back.

5.)   Following the completion of the reset process, please allow 3-5 minutes for the device for the device to boot up before presenting a pass.
