My Profile

The My Profile page enables you to update your personal info and configure several settings that impact how Jetstream Navigator works for you. These settings will initially contain default values, or the values which a Jetstream Administrator has entered when creating your Jetstream user account.

First Name - Your First Name.

Last Name - Your Last Name.

Email Address - Your unique, valid email address. This email will be used for any important Jetstream-related communications and as your login identifier.

Display Rows - The number of rows which will load per page on tables throughout Navigator. The default is 50, and the maximum is 100. Values greater than the default may increase page load times.

Time Zone - The time zone into which all dates and times in Navigator will be converted. Defaults to UTC.

Date Time Format - The format in which all dates and times in Navigator will be presented. Defaults to s, commonly known as military time. For an AM/PM date time format, we recommend entering g. You can specify any format available in the linked documentation, and see a preview of the current date time as the "result" under the field.

Changes to any field will only occur after selecting "Save Changes". To cancel any changes, simply refresh the browser.

Change Password

Change your password at any time. Passwords must be at least 12 characters. Passwords do not expire. To change your password:

  1. Enter your new password in the "New Password" field.
  2. Re-enter the same new password into the "Confirm Password" field.
  3. Save Changes.

In case of a forgotten password, you may also change your password by using the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page.

Access Keys

The Access Keys page contains a list of the Jetstream application keys associated with your email address. From this page, you can view, reset, and delete your access keys.

  1. Application - The Jetstream application to which the access key belongs.
  2. Key Name - The name of the access key.
  3. Access Key - The access key in a hidden format. Click the eye icon to expose the access key.
  4. Last Get Events - The date and time of the last get events request performed with the access key.
  5. Quick Action Menu - Click the ... button, or quick action menu, for a specific row to reset or delete the access key.
    1. Resetting an access key immediately invalidates the old key and generates a new one. You will be asked to confirm the reset before it is performed. You will receive a "Jetstram User Access Key Reset" email after performing the reset, and you can view your new access key on the Access Keys page in Navigator.
    2. Deleting an access key immediately removes the key's access to the Jetstream application and deletes any queued messages. This action cannot be undone. You will be asked to confirm the delete before it is performed.
  6. Rows per page - This value defaults to the setting in your profile, but it can be changed ad-hoc using this dropdown selector.
  7. Pages - Allows navigating between different pages of the report. The currently viewed page will be highlighted, and the first, previous, next, and last pages will be available as options. If the number of pages is more than can be displayed, an ellipses will appear indicating there are additional pages that cannot be directly navigated to. Whenever possible, try using the search bar or column sort to find what you are looking for rather than paging through the report. Increasing the entries per page will help reduce the number of pages.
  8. Showing Entries - Displays which entries are currently being shown on the page, out of the total number of entries.

Sign Out

Sign out of Navigator, ensuring other uses of your device cannot access your account without signing in again. Navigator will automatically sign out your user after 60 minutes of inactivity.
