Firmware Version
- Production: FW v6.1.34.112 / OS v12.15.10.93 / MCU v1.2.22 should be installed on all new production models on the ODIN hardware platform.
- Field: FW v6.1.34.112 / OS v12.15.10.93 / MCU v1.2.22 should be installed on all field units on the ODIN hardware platform.
Overview of Changes
This patch release improves operating system update reliability and network consistency, and improves the accuracy of temperature reporting and temperature alerts on the ODIN hardware platform. It also adds a temperature reading shortly after start-up, a new diagnostic log entry, and additional security hardening.
Critical Bug Fixes
- Improved reliability of operating system updates and local interface connections.
- Improved temperature accuracy: faulty sensor readings are no longer included in temperature averages, and high/low temperature alerts no longer trigger while the temperature is within configured limits.
- The device now reports a temperature reading one minute after start-up, and logs an event when its temperature controller resets.
- Additional security hardening and reduced system log output.
Device Definitions
No device definition changes are required to adopt this release.
As always, it is recommended that customers use the most current device definitions available unless instructed otherwise by the Terso Customer Success team.
